There is a one-time, non-refundable $50 application fee. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your online payment. PayPal does require a credit/debit card, but not a Paylpal account.

 

Once payment is received, you will receive an email with our Background Check Disclsore Form. The disclosure is a completely electronic process.
